Why this exists
It started with a founder sitting across from me.
He was struggling to raise his next round. Money was drying up. So we shifted the conversation: instead of investors, what about buyers?
We pulled up a due diligence checklist. And that is when the problems surfaced. Financial management? Messy. Audits? Incomplete. Burn rate? Too high. Tech infrastructure? Fragile. The gaps were everywhere.
Here is what kept me up that night: these gaps do not appear overnight. They accumulate over years. And by the time a founder realizes they need options, there is no runway left to build them.
