Gets you bank-ready: 2-3 years of financials restated to lender standard, the lender-ready pack (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, DSCR and coverage ratios), a 12-month cash flow forecast, and the credit narrative for why this business is creditworthy. For a facility, a working-capital line, or trade finance.
Onboarding AED 6,500 · Typically 4-9 months.
Gets you investor-ready as well: everything in Essentials plus an IFRS-compliant three-statement model, an investor data room, term sheet analysis when offers arrive, and introductions to the investors and lenders in our network when your pack is ready to be seen. Introductions are part of the advisory retainer; we are not a broker and charge no fee tied to any facility or investment. For raises, PE conversations, and facilities large enough that the bank underwrites you like an investor would.
No success fee, and here is why.
A percentage fee on financing would classify us as a broker under CBUAE regulations. So we charge a retainer, full stop. If anyone in this market offers you a “success fee only” financing preparation deal, ask them about that regulation.
